At what pace should I train? Am I going to slow or too fast? We can help you based on your ability level and this will improve. However, it takes "you" to want to get better and your time commitment to log the miles. Always more fun to come together train together. Come be a great teammate & improve. There is no other sport like ours!

Congrats to these girls for running over 250 and 300 miles in the Summer of 2018! We tackle this goal again! Who wants to get better? It happens during the summer! **We will go Monday thru Friday at 6:45 am starting in July.
